Homemade Filled Chocolate

Gather and prep your ingredients. Feel free to experiment with your fillings. Candied fruits are also a great filling choice.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together for about 90 seconds in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir well until smooth.
Fill candy molds about 1/3 full, and place in freezer for a few minutes. Remove, and tilt to coat the sides. Return to freezer for a few more minutes.
Add your fillings leaving enough room to top with remaining melted chocolate. Return to freezer for about 30 minutes to completely set the chocolate.
Remove the chocolates from the mold and place on a large cutting board. Drizzle with the white chocolate for a pretty presentation. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set the white chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
