Parsnip and Potato Mash

Gather your ingredients.

Peel the parsnips, then chop the potatoes and parsnips. TIP: Make sure to chop the parsnips smaller as they take longer to cook.

Boil the parsnips and potatoes until fork tender, about 20 minutes.

Drain the root vegetables, then add the remaining ingredients to the pan.

Use a potato masher to blend all the ingedients together. You may need to add a touch more milk depending on the desired consistency.

This dish is definitely worthy of a holiday table, but serve it any day with your favorite main dish.
