Chocolatey Walnut Date Balls 

Walnut Date Balls are a naturally sweetened chocolatey snack that only require 5 ingredients to make. They taste like brownie bites, so even the kids will love this healthy treat.

Gather and prep your ingredients (plus 1 cup of chopped walnuts.

Add all the ingedients (except the coconut) to the bowl of a food processor.

Pulse to begin combining ingredients, then process for about one minute. You may need to scrape the sides of the processor bowl a few times. The mixture should be grainy but easily stick to itself when pressed together.

Form into 16 equal sized balls with your hands. Optional: Roll the formed balls in finely chopped coconut to coat.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.  Trust me, even your kids won’t know that this sweet treat is secretly good for them. Unless, of course, you tell them. But, why would you?
