Meal Prep Tips and Tricks
Meal prep looks different for everyone. I'm definitely not a person who preps entire meals for the whole week. Instead, I prefer to prep different ingredients that can be used throughout the week. For example, roast a whole chicken for dinner one night, then shred the remaining chicken to use in a different recipe. Or, make a large batch of rice, then freeze portions for an easy side for weeknight meals.
